Florida Missing Child Alert Activation for Noah Beebe out of Franklin County - HE HAS BEEN FOUND

MISSING JUVENILE

Noah Beebe, 4 year old, has been reported missing. He is non-verbal and autistic. He was last seen in the area of Beebe Way and Highway 67 in Carrabelle, FL at approximately 9:40am this morning. He may have an American Bulldog with a white face and brown body, named Loki, with him.
