NOAA Fisheries welcomes Mr. Piñeiro Soler to his new role. He will work with NOAA Fisheries’ various partners, industries, and constituencies to promote the economic benefits of U.S. fisheries and ensure smart management of our nation’s fisheries and trust resources.
