Calling all Chamber Members -Carrabelle Riverfront Festival 2012- "Pirates of the Carrabellean"

Chamber of Commerce members,

Yes, that's right, its that time of year again.  This year's Carrabelle Riverfront Festival will be held on the 28th and 29th of April.  This year's theme is the "Pirates of the Carrabellean!" Thanks to all who had a hand in last years successful festival.  To that end and to start this years planning, we are holding a luncheon at the Franklin County Senior Citizens Center at noon.  Sandwiches and drinks will be provided but I do need your help on letting me know if you plan to attend so that I can make sure there is enough food. 

This is a general call to the business community.  We thanks you for your past  participation in supporting this event.  We want to make sure that the event also supports the business community.  Ideas on how to make this year's festival would be greatly appreciated.  If you are unable to attend please at least send along an idea or two.

This luncheon from noon-2-ish  on Friday the 10th will be an informal brain storming session where we let free flowing ideas get us energized for this year's possibility.  It ought to be FUN!!!.  Even if you can only attend during your lunch hour, we will be throwing some ideas together and trully the more the merrier.  Please RSVP to carrabelleriverfront@gmail.com by Thursday afternoon so that we can make sure to have enough sandwiches.  Thanks.
