Scott has appointed a new member to the Northwest Flori da Water Management District.
The
Northwest Flori da Water Management District is a 9 member board
which oversees water issues across North Flori da from the St. Marks River
Basin in Jefferson County Perdido River Escambia County
The governor’s office announced the appointment of 36 year old Samuel “Bo” R. Spring of Port St. Joe to the board for a term that will end in March
of 2016. Mister Spring is the managing member of Big Fish Construction and
