Poloronis Construction of Apalachicola has been chosen to do some work at the Lombardi Seafood Park at 2 mile west of Apalachicola. The firm was the low bidder on a project to build restroom at the park and to install a handicapped ramp. Poloronis was one of 6 bidders on the project; their bid came in at just over 28 thousand dollars. The county will pay for that work through a state grant. Poloronis construction will also put a new roof on the building at the Lombardi’s site which will one day be a maritime museum. That project will be funded by the county at a cost of just over 18 thousand dollars.
