Wintertime temperatures in April?

Franklin County had a record low temperature this week.

The National Weather Service said that the temperature measured at the Apalachicola airport on Tuesday, April 24th dropped to 43 degrees – the coldest ever for that day at least since people have been keeping those kinds of records.

The old record of 45 degrees was set in 1986.
