Intermittent Lane Restrictions on  U.S. 98 in Gulf County Rescheduled

Chipley  Previously scheduled soil testing slated for Thursday, June 20 on U.S. 98 west of Port St. Joe in Gulf County has been rescheduled.  Drivers can expect temporary lane closures Wednesday, June 26 until Friday, June 28. Temporary lane closures will occur in the following locations:
·        U.S. 98 at Dolphin Street from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m., northbound turn lane closed.
·        U.S. 98 south of Tarpon Street from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., northbound travel lane closed.
·        U.S. 98 south of Tarpon Street from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., southbound travel lane closed.

Maintenance activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the work zone.
