Franklin
County’s official website is getting some new updates that will make it more
useful for the public.
The county is in the process of redesigning the site www.franklincountyflorida.com
and should have the revamped site up very soon.
One of the biggest updates will allow the public to notify
county officials of problems and issues through a direct link on the website.
County coordinator Michael Moron said that function would
allow residents to report damage or other issues at local parks or other county
owned properties directly through the website, and even upload pictures if
needed.
The updates will also allow County staff to constantly
inform the public of upcoming events, pertinent and general information, and
changes to public meetings with a newsfeed option.
